My experience with this company Woda group has been horrible I completed an application and paid the 35 fee this was during construction I was then notified that I was put on their wait list I started to apply for another one of their properties and was told that I would have to pay another application fee I declined I believe that this company is just takin 2022-06-30T00:27:27Z

Update 6162022nThe old management sold the property Causing changes that will end up moving many tenants out and raising rent for lesser quality service The garage cans are not routinely emptied every Wednesday anymore its random Leading to overflowed trash cans and large trash not being moved to bulk storage in less than a week And low key roaches have been 2022-06-16T17:10:40Z

Theyre absolutely unprofessional nI have had to call them 107 times once before to get the call answered because they all get pushed to a recording nToday alone I had to call 52 times to get an answer nTheyve been beating around the bush about helping my family members with their home mortgage for EIGTH MONTHS still have not given a response nWe have done 2022-09-28T17:17:56Z
