Several of my friends live here It is a subsidized senior housing apartment building where residents have to pay about onethird of their income for rent My friends have nice large apartments both are one bedrooms with a reasonably large living area In contrast I had a friend living at St George nearby They called the St George a onebedroom apartment but the amount of space she had was far less than one room a tiny narrow bedroom that held one twin bed and a dresser plus a living room barely wide enough for a couch Seton Square is much more humane housing more ... hide ...

I love this property Ms Sherrie is the best She has been so helpful and supportive to my uncle She knows what is happening on the property and knows the tenants If only there were more managers like her

I just resigned my lease going into my 3rd year here so I thought I would leave a reviewnnThis place has been nothing but great to me I see a ton of negative comments about things that are honestly really silly Things such as loud neighbors mowing the grass at 8am coming into your apartment every month etc So I would like to comment on themnnThe Management t 2022-05-23T20:00:36Z
I just resigned my lease going into my 3rd year here so I thought I would leave a reviewnnThis place has been nothing but great to me I see a ton of negative comments about things that are honestly really silly Things such as loud neighbors mowing the grass at 8am coming into your apartment every month etc So I would like to comment on themnnThe Management team has maintenance and a pest control company come in every 3 months They give you a notice a week in advance letting you know that they will be coming in They replace your air filter and spray your apartment to prevent bugs The loud neighbors and mowing the lawn at 8am isnt something that deserves a negative review left If youre going to complain about loud noises maybe living in an apartment isnt the right option for younnWith that being said if you are considering living here I honestly highly recommend it I have never had an issue with anyone being rude to me and if I have ever had an issue with anything in my apartment the maintenance team comes and fixes it Not to mention the location is great along with the price more ... hide ...
