Update 2023 We moved from Pine Crossing in Aug 22 because the complex was sold to a new management property company at the end of 21 everything started going downhill almost immediately They said they were keeping the same maintenance office people but within a few weeks they were all gone They started leasing to shady people Maintenance was spotty because 2023-01-09T23:43:20Z
Update 2023 We moved from Pine Crossing in Aug 22 because the complex was sold to a new management property company at the end of 21 everything started going downhill almost immediately They said they were keeping the same maintenance office people but within a few weeks they were all gone They started leasing to shady people Maintenance was spotty because there was only 1 guy instead of the previous 2 The common areas halls fitness center laundry rooms parking lotoutside areas started filling with trash filth Electrical problems in the building next to us caused a BAD fire as far as I know that building is still sitting empty When we left we were paying 1000month for a 3 bd its now over 1400 I just read a news article that someone was shot at the property a few days ago I would avoid this one if I were you It used to be amazing but the new management company has run it into the groundnnIve lived here for nearly 4 years We recently moved from a 2 bd to a 3 bd here the transfer was incredibly smooth Maintenance is prompt efficient super friendly my cat loves them Property managers are professional courteous Pest control is performed regularly Ive never had any pest issues The parking lots are in good repair well lit the building entrances are also well lit the security doors usually work maintenance does have to fix them sometimes The apartments are a good size with oversized windows the kitchen is VERY small in the 2 bd I assume in the 1 bd as well but a good size in the 3 bd The landscaping is nice lots of mature trees Warm weather brings out all of the kids there are A LOT of kids here but theyre generally well behaved most are incredibly polite Ive lost count of how many teens younger have held the door open for me or said hello in passing I70 is about 2 minutes away I270 is about 5 minutes away Part of the complex is Columbus City Schools part is Hilliard Theres a playground pool dog park community garden fitness center laundry room all clean in good repair until Covid there were community events such as pool parties BBQsnnThe only issues weve ever had are inconsiderate dog owners who refuse to pick up their dogs poop even though there are SEVERAL cleanup stations with bags trash cans throughout the property and some incredibly loud neighborsnnOverall Im quite pleased here more ... hide ...

Update I read my original review which I have now edited bc most is not that way any longer I sure wish it was bc then it would still be a decent place to livennI was a little nervous about moving from Hilliard to South Columbus but I have to say I dont have to many complaints at all My 3 bedroom apttownhouse is so much bigger than I ever expected Managemen 2022-03-02T21:07:46Z
