I wouldnt recommend living here Joshua Hale and dianna are both unprofessional they traspassed my husband off the property for no reason they want to take my rent money and tell me who can come to my place which is unfair and against the law they want me to lie to chma and continue to collect the rent from this as well plus they dont maintenance any of the u 2022-04-18T21:10:32Z
I wouldnt recommend living here Joshua Hale and dianna are both unprofessional they traspassed my husband off the property for no reason they want to take my rent money and tell me who can come to my place which is unfair and against the law they want me to lie to chma and continue to collect the rent from this as well plus they dont maintenance any of the units Im a victim of stalking and harassment by my neighbor and her junkie friends everyday and they continue to let the people to illegally stay on the property but my husband cant be there legally with me I think its time to seek legal advise on mr hale and Dianna and wildwood village as well as KMG prestige inc nobody wants to listen to me they just want to yell and cuss at me which is very unprofessional in my eyes more ... hide ...

I have been in park trails for a few years the apartments are pretty but when it comes to getting maintenance done you can go from waiting weeks to months before anybody will come in to do anything and its always somebodys working by myself are not enough staff its always something some reason why you cant get your maintenance request and done in a timely ma 2022-05-02T14:46:09Z
I have been in park trails for a few years the apartments are pretty but when it comes to getting maintenance done you can go from waiting weeks to months before anybody will come in to do anything and its always somebodys working by myself are not enough staff its always something some reason why you cant get your maintenance request and done in a timely matterI was told just move first of all moving is expensive and if Im paying my rent why would your answer to why I am upset that Im not getting my maintenance request done is to just move the object is to keep tenants in the apartment because then the apartment complex would be losing money if its nobody in there All I want is to be happy in my apartment with everything working and running smoothly Supposed to be living my best life I shouldnt have to worried if my toilet is going to overflow again that has been messed up the whole time Ive been here because I have another one that not to worry about it Water has leaked so much in so many times that paint is chipping off of the base boards a mildew smell vents have not been cleaned dust all on the ceilings and stuff because the vent and filters and vents havent been cleaned in years more ... hide ...
