The apartment its self was fairly nice But the manager Robin was awful She was horrible at communicating and when I tried to add my boyfriend to the lease she told me I made too much to live there low income housing and gave me two months to move Well two months come around and Ive been asking her questions One week before I was going to move she told me I didnt give notice to move when I wasnt ready to move in the first place and she told me I would have to move Never told me I had to go on their website and give notice Its almost as if I could have stayed the whole time This happened last October and really affected my life I could write so much about her to be honest The previous manager kept the place way nicer and was easy to talk to

Dropped off some clothing donations and was an enjoyable experience Woman at the front desk was extremely delightful We didnt know it but we came after donation hours and she let us donate anyway She was busy doing other things but tried to accommodate us as much as possible We have found our place to take our donations

Just be aware before you sign the lease that maintenance will not fix anything that is reported water is supposed to be included in rent but you will get shut off notices and you must exuberance lots and lots of patience while living in deplorable conditions until management decides to properly do their jobs
