I love this place yes with apartment communities you get loud kids and occasionally the police are called but overall I love it Its convenient and quiet I would recommend it for small families and couples Price is fair and the management is AMAZING Maintenance is quick and easy to get to your apartment to fix whatever normal wear and tear issues that occur N

i am a current renter here on Barbara street its horrible here the police never come when called unless someone is brandishing a weapon i never go outside for fear of being shot or worse the neighbors are rude self important jackasses and managment doesnt care to do anything about it we are low income and are stuck here we want to move but just cant
