I lived here for 2 years while I was putting myself through nursing school and it was awful They come into your apartment multiple times a month for inspections Talk about absolutely no privacy Then when I was moving out I gave 3 different 30 day notices and they refused to respond to any of them I called and left voicemails and still no response I ended up 2021-03-11T01:36:36Z
I lived here for 2 years while I was putting myself through nursing school and it was awful They come into your apartment multiple times a month for inspections Talk about absolutely no privacy Then when I was moving out I gave 3 different 30 day notices and they refused to respond to any of them I called and left voicemails and still no response I ended up calling the property manager and they were able to get them to call me once and I wasnt allowed to answer due to being at work They didnt even do a move out inspection until 3 months after I already moved out and then didnt bother to contact me about charges they had for me I just get a notice in the mail 2 years later that I have charges reported to my credit report that were never paid Not to mention the walls were paper thin and all I could ever hear was my downstairs neighbors physically fighting each other until they finally got evicted I cant count the number of times you would find a toddler randomly wandering the parking lot and would have to scoop them up until you could find their parents who werent paying attention to their kids More than once I had people trying to force their way into my apartment Just a scummy place more ... hide ...

Been here 6yrs now and I HATE IT No one know what they are doing in the office Since we have lived here their has been over 16 different people running the office and if you tell them something in your apartment needs fixed GOOD LUCK getting it fixednnAbout a year and a half after we moved in refrigerator started making real loud noises so I notified the office nothing kept on saying something to them 6mos later it goes out and they finally bring another one in but its just as bad it from another apartment Then the oven stops heating up so I call the office and tell them 3 mos later they bring a heating coil and put it in the oven Then just this past thanksgiving I have a turkey in the oven and the stove pops and goes out had to take the turkey next door to finish cooking it took them a week to get me another stove Now they say we cant have a deep freezer in the apartment and they are trying to tell us where to put our furniture they say we cant put a bed in front of the window more ... hide ...

Peppertree Villas is a great place to live I am entering my second year here at the apartments The management staff here at Peppertree Villas are great they are very friendly and helpful with your needs and taking care of the complex The maintenance here is always on top of thing getting it fix and maintaining the grounds I have a 2 bedroom apartment which 2020-01-06T02:10:47Z
