Its been over 30 days since we lost our Central air We cant open our windows because of the holes in our screens Had an inspection they new about the problems way before The property manager always has a problem with everyone

I truly hate to be someone to give this horrible of a review but sadly here i am The management is absolutely awful they NEVER answer or call you back they always had maintenance coming in once a month to do stuff inspect the apartment so we always felt like we basically had no privacy When we moved into our apartment they didnt clean it There were cobwebs 2021-11-16T19:56:54Z
I truly hate to be someone to give this horrible of a review but sadly here i am The management is absolutely awful they NEVER answer or call you back they always had maintenance coming in once a month to do stuff inspect the apartment so we always felt like we basically had no privacy When we moved into our apartment they didnt clean it There were cobwebs everywhere in every single room the carpet was not replaced they didnt clean out the fridge or freezer The windows didnt lock i didnt notice this until living there for 4 months i just had a dream someone came through the window to take my newborn baby So of course i checked all four windows not a single one of them locked When i put a maintenance order in about they said they KNEW the windows didnt lock We turned in our rent during the 5 day grace period they threw it away by accident tried to evict us for missing ONE months rent because THEY threw the envelope away even admitted to doing so During the year a half that we lived here they upped rent twice We always had bugs in the apartment we dont know how or why but this was an issue since we had a child who wants to live with bugs on all of their things There is a lot more i could say which is very sad but its the truth Did it do until we found our home yes Would we recommend these apartments to anyone we know absolutely not more ... hide ...

This place seems nice but the management is terrible Even during the pandemic and many families facing challenges theyre willing and aggressive with putting families out on the street Even when the amount owed is under 100 I was sooo disgusted to hear of this from a friend and sad that theyre still doing business like this from when I lived there 2 years ago
