While management was only communicating thru voice mail and I was desperately awaiting an apartment for my self and my 13 year old daughter after a separation from my husband we needed the assistance they never returned 1 call And they either didnt check their messages or they didnt bother to collect and UPDATE MY NEW PHONE NUMBER AND UPDATE THE ADDRESS

While management was only communicating thru voice mail and I was desperately awaiting an apartment for my self and my 13 year old daughter after a separation from my husband we needed the assistance they never returned 1 call And they either didnt check their messages or they didnt bother to collect and UPDATE MY NEW PHONE NUMBER AND UPDATE THE ADDRESS FOR MAILING ANY THING TO ME nAs soon as I moved and had a new number I called more then one time to the number I was told to call and leave a voice mail I left at least 2 with my Updated address and phone numbernA month later maybe They sent a letter to the old address saying they tried calling my number to see if I still needed the apartment but the number they called was not in service so this letter was to inform me that because I did exactly what I was told to do and someone didnt take their job seriously me and my daughter were thrown off the list and we would definitely already be in a unit last year if this didnt happennIt was a very dyer situation after having to leave my husband at the time after 11 years of mental and verbal abusenThanks for dropping the ball Hunters trace apartments
