Awful DO NOT MOVE IN they are crooks After a year of living there they jacked rent up 50 Then after the leace was up went to move out and they flipped out saying we needed written notice 30 days before we move out We did 3 week notice and that was not good enough so we had to pay for the next months rent as well On top of that now they say we didnt provide t 2019-10-31T23:56:51Z

Its come to my attention that some bad things are being said about my aptbuilding an office manager I have lived at Village Green Apartments for 12 years This is my home an i feel the need to defend it My office manager Lori Hempfield is a very good manager If you have a problem she will do her best to fix itWe have maintenance men steve and dusty who are here weekly and if theres a emergency they come right then or send the person who is needed As with all things in life there are rules to followthey are made known when you rent the apt and they are in your lease They are not hard to follow and if you chose not to live by them live somewhere else Stop talking trash about Lori Hempfielad and VGA For some reason or another we almost all have found ourselves with low incomes and thats what these apt are forthere is no place else that we could live for what we pay here The last time i checked low income dose not mean low intelligence or entitlement we have been provided with a very nice clean safe apts with all the appliance being LG There is a community room for all to use the laundry room are right here an the price is lower than the laundromat They mow the yard pay for trash removal and clear the parking lot of snow in the winter Im 61 years old and i am very grateful for Village Green Apartments and Lori HempfieldSteve an Dusty an the work they do so i have a great place to live If you dont like your home move or stop complaining and look around you and see what you can do to make it a better place ThankYou PBoreman more ... hide ...
