Receptionist is rude She doesnt care about you The landlord recently retired and we a have a new one We were never informed about any of it They have sent out illegal eviction notices The managnent has done other shady things Once maintence broke some type of glass in my kitchen when I requested a light bulb change and I cut my foot on it They denied any glass was brokennnThe people who live here are supposed to be the only ones who can park in the parking lot The staff park in the parking lot and the second it hits 4pm when theyre done for the day they rush out One lady almost hit me with her car She brushed it off like it was no big dealnnI have had file government complaints and contact disability rights of Ohio because the the old landlord was harassing me and singling me out all because I have a service dognnThey never do what they are supposed to besides the inspections Sometimes they get really nosey I asked for my pet deposit back because I no longer have my cat Its been over two months and still no word Ive been a stickler about it The new landlord has come to my unit to make sure my cat isnt here The new landlord doesnt seem to have a clue what she is doing She seems very incompetent Honestly if she cant even handle something as simple as check to make sure my cat isnt here and send me my deposit back she needs to work else wherennSome maintence workers are rudennId say avoid this place like the plague more ... hide ...
