2021 Update They are remodeling the apartments which has been a big pain but the updates are nice The New current Manager is very nice and really cares about the residents The current maintenance person is the best we have had in 5 years He really works hard to keep up with things He really needs a parttime helper at least during the summer when having to keep up with the grass and the weeds I love living heren2016nDefinitely the nicest HUD Assistance Disabled apartments in Montgomery County Ohio Management and maintenance prior to 2014 was very good Grounds kept perfectly very nice maintenance man Disgruntled maintenance man from 2014 to 2016 He is finally gone and people that needed to be evicted are too Property care and maintenance are a little slow but professional and friendly New manager is great Very professional Seems stand offish until you get to know her These are great apartments if you are obeying the rules and taking care of your apartment Some people have been here over 20 years We love it more ... hide ...
