In August I went there with my fiance we informed the manager that i was pregnant and that we had until the end of October to have our own place also Im due at the end of October because the lease will be up at our current living area and she assured us a apartment in the middle of September So we paid 500 to the manager after she informed us that we were approved we called her in September she wouldnt answer the phone We had to take off work on a week day because every time we went there on a Saturday it said they would be open they were closed When we finally caught up with her and she then promised us a apartment in the beginning of October We called her over and over on the last week of September wondering when to get our keys and no one ever called back or answered We couldnt take off work again so we called back to back on lunch break until we got a answer Furious by this time we demanded to know what was going on and to have our money back still have receipts to get a place elsewhere since we are now running out of time to find a place to live for our family and we were getting nowhere with them A different manager answers and said that our information was never in the system to get a apartment We were scammed by the other manger We have since then went there today Saturday October 17 and they were closed contacted them over and over with still no answer Sent in a copy of our receipts for our money back and talked to the owner of the place who tried to say that they were not liable for their employees actions our lawyer said otherwise and havent gotten our money back yet more ... hide ...

I loved here is 2014 never had a problem before get people out here tofix thing or with land lord not answering their phone but for the past three years we had landlord that dont want to the jobs or letting alone when u putting work orders in no body showed up the fix anything they just call and say they will be out on a day and time and still never shows up

This place was absolutely disgusting Water was turned off and kept off overnight there were sewage backups and the area isnt taken care of well at all The worst thing we experienced was the roach infestation It wasnt one or two of them they were everywhere and in everything I couldnt cook in my own home They continued to raise rent regardless of this This pl 2021-02-08T17:36:45Z

Ive been meaning to do a review on this property I thought this place was okay but its NOT DO NOT MOVE IN because when youre getting ready to move out they are going to charge you thousands of dollars for property damages even when the place has no damages and you move out leaving the property clean They will falsely charge younThey hate to see you go becaus 2018-04-17T15:18:18Z
