I would like to give a better rating but cannot The apartment is nice well maintained comfortable in winter and summer and quiet Maintenance is excellent and as quick as parts availability allows There is a new manager who is professional knowledgeable and fair However she is not here 24 hours a daynTo live here peacefully you must become part of a group of residents who think they speak for everyone and control the building and follow the Lease only when it agrees with what they want It is difficult to stay away from this bunch because there are no balconies or individual patios To enjoy the outdoors you must go to common areas or leave the property This group will be happy to let you be around them if you conform to exactly what they want including your religious and moral stances If you have a different or no religion or your morals are different than theirs or you are the wrong race or age or you have a modern lifestyle you will have problems daily You also must agree with who they like and do not like in the buildingnSince I refuse to do that I am not welcome near them and am under increasingly constant attacknI do not like writing this kind of review There are many good people here but they are overshadowed by the small group of gossiping backbiting lying KarensnIll be glad to change this review if something is done to put a stop to these residents but that has not happened yet in the 5 years I have lived here And rather than continue to try to get things better I too am looking for a nice peaceful place to live because this is not itnAs a final update I have found a better place than this to live Take that for whatever it is worth to you as you consider living here more ... hide ...

Ive been here for 6 years and this year is by far the worst it has been for me living out here They refuse to answer the phone in the office even when workers are onsite The refuse to fix anything and we are starting to have bug issues out here They dont care about the property or the people that live here When you do come in contact with workers they are rude They want you to comply with the rules but they wont This is very unprofessional I havent known what my rent is since August due to my husband loosing his job and now he has a lower pay and they want me to pay the old rent amount until they feel like adjusting it even when we cant afford it I got covid Oic said they would pay my rent well i have lost that assistance because they wont respond and now Im 7 months behind on rent and they refuse to answer the phones so my family cant get help This is a very sad situation and they wont help more ... hide ...
