Ive been seen at this doctor before some years ago and never a problem I developed a Cold that left a nagging cough months later My primary care physician referred me back to Dr Chavez I cancelled 2 appointments one due to a conflict in my work schedule the 2nd due to being VERY SICK with the flu I tried calling for another appointment a year later because the nagging cough is back and wont go away and the secretary or whomever told me that I needed another referral from my physician due to 2 cancelled appointments I called my doctor who told me 2 weeks later that Dr Chavez wont see me because of the 2 cancellations and 2 no shows I cant dispute the 2 no shows because I was also in the midst of planning my wedding and I never received a reminder call of my upcoming appointments like I did before I just feel like they couldve told me when I called and asked about the circumstances to cause cancelled and missed appointments and then make a decision whether or not to see me Im sure Im not the first nor will I be the last to cancel or no show and if he does this enough times he wont have a practice I really liked him too more ... hide ...

I wouldnt recommend my worst enemy to live here Nothing ever gets fixed The washers and dryers are from the late 80snHalf the time they dont even work The hallways are filthy Security is suppose to be there till 23 am but he leaves by 11pm And all he does is sit in his car
