Sorry I couldnt give it a 0 Star rating Cannot breath do to the smoke coming from next apartment not just from cigarettes My son who NEEDS his companion pet was denied but we see pets everywhere the office ignores If you follow rules and respect your neighbors this is NOT the place to live
