The worst place to ever live I would rather living a car rather than live in apartments where the place is infested with bugs and no one helps fix appliances Absolutely do not recommend to anyone

Its beautiful and clean The weekly day staff were usually nice and friendly However some on the weekend staff didnt do their jobs One morning my brother and I tried for hours to get someone to answer the phone because we were unable to contact my mother They finally answered and a nurse that wasnt my mothers had to go check on her because my moms nurse hadn 2021-09-10T04:21:25Z
Its beautiful and clean The weekly day staff were usually nice and friendly However some on the weekend staff didnt do their jobs One morning my brother and I tried for hours to get someone to answer the phone because we were unable to contact my mother They finally answered and a nurse that wasnt my mothers had to go check on her because my moms nurse hadnt checked on her No one had since around five am My mom had pneumonia and had tested positive for covid They were supposed to have a nurse assigned to her They were supposed to take her her meals This weekend nurse should have know my mom couldnt leave her room and should have taken her meals to her but when mom didnt come down for breakfast she did nothing When mom didnt come down for lunch she did nothing The other nurse found my mom on the floor she had be there for hours She helped her into bed and left her in there She should called 911 That didnt happen until the next day We werent allowed in there due to COVID rules My mom died two days later more ... hide ...

I went months without heat Even in this ice storm they dont care about you at all The water dont work the heat dont work nothing works dont waste your time the ladies in the office are VERY disrespectful they have had like 12 managers in 2 years This isnt where you wanna pay rent at Its NOT WORTH IT they lost my key they have lost my check before as 2022-02-08T20:40:14Z

Our business has been using this store for years with great service But the new owners do not know what they are doing or dont care or simply want to make money at our expense They are only offering you the services they want you to have not the most economical I have worked in shipping for over 30 years and know both UPS and USPS regulations and fees These people do not have a clue what they are doing I have tried telling them exactly what service I want and they will argue with me One young man told me I had to ship a package 2nd day air to San Angelo when in fact UPS ground would get it there in 2 days at half the price We tried to mail an envelope today to the IRS and they told us all the IRS addresses were the same and they didnt know how to mail it so that we could get a return receipt Our employee even told them the green card The large envelope should have been approximately 130 for first class mail and another 285 for the return receipt But instead they charged her 2300 Needless to say we will not be using this store anymore So sorry that such a good store has gone soooooo very bad The only reason I gave them one star was because it would not let me post my comments unless I did more ... hide ...
