My mother in law lives there and has to listen to load music around dark time and stays playing till late and diffent people shows up all thru the nightthought it w as an elderly place so it woupd be nice and peaceful but instead my mother in lae at the age 65 doesnt get her rest like she is supposed to and other neighbors included so whats wrong with this p 2018-02-22T14:50:24Z

I have lived in halley village for about two years in oct I loved this place They are very friendly and great with their tents They do this inspections to make sure everything is up to date And they are fixing to do a rehab on these apartment which they are putting new stuff in the unit I love Anna and Jennifer and Judy all three of these lovely ladies are a 2018-02-08T00:06:39Z
