I have been around this complex nearly 10 years my mom has lived here that long I moved in almost 3 years ago Trisha Hawkins and her assistant Delaney are the best management team I have seen in all that time I have given 4 stars because we have been minus a maintenance person more time than we have had one and up until Nathan who has moved on the others w 2021-05-21T18:33:07Z

I would give it a 3 star rating I live here However at christmas you cant hang outside lights because of a trip hazzard rent for a one bedrm is 448 per month They dont base income on 30 percent No government assistance unless you have section 8

This place is horrible Management only cares about getting your rent check every month There are no longer background checks therefore the lowest of the low is living here The rules are not enforced and therefore neighbors harass those they cant take advantage of and management does nothing about itnnThere are feral cats everywhere and several neighbors a 2014-07-06T14:52:11Z
This place is horrible Management only cares about getting your rent check every month There are no longer background checks therefore the lowest of the low is living here The rules are not enforced and therefore neighbors harass those they cant take advantage of and management does nothing about itnnThere are feral cats everywhere and several neighbors are feeding them even though the rental contract states that to feed them is an automatic eviction Management sees them feeding them and does nothing One tenant even had them in his apartment and the feral cats destroyed the floors and carpet due to no litter box Management moved this tenant to an empty apartment for free and then cleaned his apartment and put in new carpetnnDont move here its hell on earth more ... hide ...
