The maintenance guy and the lady in the office are just plain rude How can a place thats supposed to help people act like that Im getting in contact absolutely filing a complaint

Henryetta Lake village apartments is a joke the maintenance man loses the key and the office lady yells at u and states you changed the locks with out our permission when I was told by her to go buy your own door knob and replace it just bring us a key and which I did but then shortly after I found my house key outside on the ground thank goodness I found it also Ive made 5 phone calls today to the office and was being ignored by the office manager until on the last call she finally answerednSeveral calls for maintenance to fix shower headwhich I replaced my self due to barely any water running from the one that was on it bath tub toilet and busted windows which was infact broken when I moved into my apartment still has not been fixed Im being blamed for a unregistered dog in my apartment while it is her cousinfamily member is down stairs with a unregistered Pitt bull who also at 1230 at night her boyfriend decides to go outside and start and run his dirt bike under the stairs well so its very loud and wakes my 6year old daughter up on a school night Then the lady down stairs and under me comes out cursing me about my children being up at 9pm during the summer infront of my children This place is horribly ran and have been told by several residents how they are also treated the same way Also not very many places in henryetta for low income single mothers to afford have been trying to stick it out but it is getting bad more ... hide ...
