Pros These apartments are spacious and clean I have never seen a bug of any kind in my apartment They spray frequently to prevent them If you live upstairs the stairway is fairly wide and not too steep so you can move furniture up and down easiernnCons The walls are very very thin You will hear your neighbors all the time There is also not enough parking spaces towards the back of the complex If you come home late from work you will most likely have to park towards the front Some residents frequently park on the curb in the back which is fine but it can make it difficult to pull in and out of parking spaces Especially if they park too far away from the curb I also had an incident with vehicle vandalism a few months ago The back windshield of my car was shattered either due to a resident or someone else from the area There is no security surveillance Also the children run around unattended at times so you need to be very careful when driving through the complex They have a laundry mat on site The door locks and you are provided with a key but it can be difficult to open The dryers need two cycles to completely dry small loadsnnAll in all the apartments are nice enough for the price and have a good location in Owasso This is just my experience and opinion I hope it is helpful more ... hide ...

This is my home The up keep and the new facelift on the outside of our complex is beautiful and the new screens are so nice and helps cooling the apartment and gives us a little more privacy in the evening with the blinds and windows open It would be so incredible if the tenants living here that never got the brand new apartment look fresh paint new blinds n 2022-10-05T15:41:38Z
