Good Neighborhood Some of the driveways are Murder on Cars though in the Mornings sometimes deer wonder into the back yards of some of the houses Its a good way to see the morning

This place deserves 0 stars This is my 5th low income housing place the first time Ive ever had to deal with monthly inspections And I dont know why I reported a broken garbage disposal in Aug or Sept its still broken at the end of Nov may not be replaced til after the first of the year because this place dont pay their billsnnHave neighbors on either 2018-11-25T23:43:48Z
This place deserves 0 stars This is my 5th low income housing place the first time Ive ever had to deal with monthly inspections And I dont know why I reported a broken garbage disposal in Aug or Sept its still broken at the end of Nov may not be replaced til after the first of the year because this place dont pay their billsnnHave neighbors on either side of me who have dogs with anxiety issues who love to bark Was forced to go to a mandatory meeting where they read the rules to us claimed after 3 complaints people would be evicted These neighbors have had more than 3 complaints yet theyre still here Was told they would not be evicted because they pay their rent So do I Because they wont enforce the rules Ive been forced to call the police Yesterday a cop warned them that I could file a complaint we could all end up in court So on the way out one of them their friend cussed me out threatened me Id call the police again but they havent been back sincennOne of these neighbors had bed bugs but rather than treat the entire building they just treated her apartment so now Ive got them too Rather than use heat which wouldve made things a lot easier on me as all I wouldve had to do is remove any candles aerosol cans they sprayed So I had to spend the entire day before doing laundry putting everything in bags Got very little sleep that night Had to be gone 3 12 hours while he sprayed things dried 5 days later Im still being bitten more ... hide ...

I was approved for a room there almost 4 years ago but not only was it out of my price range it was like being in a nursing home with a door on it The only room big enough to move in was the bathroom which was really nice I actually cried when we left and I looked elsewhere No way was I spending my retirement in this locked they lock the doors after a certa 2020-03-22T16:31:31Z
I was approved for a room there almost 4 years ago but not only was it out of my price range it was like being in a nursing home with a door on it The only room big enough to move in was the bathroom which was really nice I actually cried when we left and I looked elsewhere No way was I spending my retirement in this locked they lock the doors after a certain time the manager informed meprison no matter how hey tried to make it look like its your dream come true Found wonderful apartment Ive been happy in that is section 8 and NOT 49500 PER MONTH like these teeny tiny rooms and are friendly Thank heavens for places like Savanna Park 4 years now more ... hide ...
