MrsMarissa Brooks the Property Manager of this Beautiful place has been nothing but an angel from the very beginning I have two children and never did I ever think that we would become HOMLESS we have been homeless I had been looking all over Tulsa and Oklahoma City and suplapa and everywhere that I went it was no hope I been just feeling like giving up LITERALLY UNTIL something rose up in me I GRABED MY PHONE and begin to dail numbers not catching what the out come would be I called riverbend gardensand and I heard the sweetest softest voice she was excited a very brief conversation she I have a very small waiting list that Im working from that gave me hope the very next morning I went in she said I have been working from my list all morning and its a few Infront of you I said ok well what is it that you need me to long story short my children and I had nowhere to call home and Mrs Marissa is a Women of her word she went Litterly Above and beyond to get me and my children a until she helped me ffrom filling out paperwork to explaining everything to me just all around Angel shes truly a GOD SENT I thank god for her she really stayed in touch with me and it was just a divine connection I know God sent her here just to be a Blessing to me and my children and also others from they very day I met her shes helped me and made me feegain and Also know that angels do excited here on Earth and I walked into some offices and theMannagers have been on the phone or faking like they are working no she is always working and getting the job done and its not just me I believe that shes helped plenty of ppl Im so grateful to have meet her I know that its hope she gave me my Smile back shes sooooooo Amazing more ... hide ...

My Mom moved in these apartments back in September 2016 she paid a 200 move in security deposit My Mom is the cleanest person I know she leaves places cleaner than they are when she moves in to make a long story short she moved out April 2017 The manager tried to force her to sign a paper that would agree with so called damage My mom refused to sign beca 2019-02-21T14:22:20Z
My Mom moved in these apartments back in September 2016 she paid a 200 move in security deposit My Mom is the cleanest person I know she leaves places cleaner than they are when she moves in to make a long story short she moved out April 2017 The manager tried to force her to sign a paper that would agree with so called damage My mom refused to sign because she caused no damage at all In fact she left the apartment in immaculate condition She just received her deposit check of only 15 someone is pocketing the hard earned money from these seniors So Beware Take before and after pictures my next step is to report this incident to the better business bureau and other sites to warn future and now existing residents i posted this information on the apartments Facebook page and the manager called me to ask me to take my review off no not until they refund my Moms money advocate for seniors more ... hide ...

Trish Lacy is a great loving and caring person the best manager ever So patient encouraging through paper work process I didnt give up and really wanted to be a resident because of her Very prompt in handling other issues always thinking about what is best for the residents

I would give them no stars if I could They dont fix anything Here it is in the middle of July and the AC is broken by their own hands You see a few months ago we reported the AC was down They came and fixed it and it worked great They hire new people it seems like every other week and when you call to report the issue they rush you off of the phone No custom 2016-07-12T22:11:48Z

These apt are total trash the new management are clueless the neighbors are weird they dont fix a thing they write you up for there mishaps they have the nerve to charge a 1000 for rent the wall arent the best the carpet looked as if it had not been cleaned from 4 previous residents the blinds are from the the 90s remodeling are in the talks but we know wha 2018-01-26T01:50:45Z
