These apartments are horrible Do not move herenFirst let me say that the only good thing about these apartments are the location and the layout other than that they have a MAJOR breakout Im bed bugs When I went to check out the apartments they told me that they installed new carpet throughout the whole apartment and when i moved in and me and my child started getting bites I called the office to inform them and they said I was not keeping my apartment clean mind you that I am a clean freak and therefore I attracted bugs that are biteing me and my child but I knew that was not the case so when I was in bed o found a BED BUG and took it to the office attached to tape and they said I BROUGHT THEM IN I informed them that thats not possible giving that all my furniture was brand new and they told me to throw it ALL OUT I told them the only way I was doing that was if they gave me all my money I spent on new furniture and than after that they informed me that they have had a huge break out of bed bugs before I moved in and thats why my apartment had new carpet They refused to take care of the problem because they said and I quote it will be to exspenive to have the whole complex treated at the same time to eliminate the problem so they only treated your individual apartment if you could prove you still had bed bugs they were sued because of that and also for not keeping the apartments in good condition they had snakes tarantulas scorpions and the man who sued them won 8 thousand for moving cost and pain and suffering When I moved out I had to get a extermination done for bed bugs that cost me 150000 dollarsPLEASE DONT MOVE HERE more ... hide ...

If comparing to topnotch apartments that are very high price I would give this place a 3 12 If just normal regular appointments I give it a four Its not so bad it has a few problems but it does feel safe and I feel they care about their residents When Ive had issues with the AC leaking they showed up within 20 minutes even at night They hire very reliable s 2017-08-21T13:51:34Z
If comparing to topnotch apartments that are very high price I would give this place a 3 12 If just normal regular appointments I give it a four Its not so bad it has a few problems but it does feel safe and I feel they care about their residents When Ive had issues with the AC leaking they showed up within 20 minutes even at night They hire very reliable staff because many of the residents do have issues and are mentally or physically handicapped I always found them very trustworthy and nice to work with The grounds are beautiful the courtyard has benches and trellises and flowers there are beautiful with pole lights and sidewalks they keep the grounds trimmed and mowed there are many trees for shade and its a pleasure to look at through the patio door I live upstairs and it has vaulted ceilings which makes the space look much larger than it is Everyone here seems very nice and helpful I have lived here a year and a half but some people have been here for close to twenty years Some like more company than others but since its a carpeted inside hallway everyone learns who likes to stay to themselves and who likes to come out to visit They do supply some things like the library stops twice a month with their library mobile and they leave books here on site and theres puzzles in community areas as well as laundry pop machines fireplaces with padded furniture and a couple public restrooms downstairs They are very pet friendly I would not live here if they werent even though I dont have a pet You always see people walking their dogs or a little cat sunning themselves in a window it makes it a happy place to be I have seen them have that vets out once or twice a year to give shots on site They have occasional potlucks on holidays but that is runallowed by the residents not the staff It is locked access to the building with remote keypad visitors to ssk for entry and there is a guard on duty off hours so it feels very safe to move around at night I like living here I just wish they had a different arrangement for getting into a one bedroom the efficiency is somewhat small and its a draw of the straws to get a one br cometing even with people just first moving in vs waiting list This has everything someone older or disabled would need but it is not assistedliving they do not micromanage anyone you must be independent to live here I think its an ideal place for someone getting older or needing a little extra help I its beautiful and in a nice area and its safe Management has always been nice to me but some people are chronic complainers and they get interrupted 200 times a day so I imagine theres some people feel a little stressed LOL more ... hide ...

WARNING AVOID AT ALL COSTnThe management here are very unprofessional and they do not care about your family only the pay checks comeing in They do not fix anything i had to go over their heads just to get simple things fixed they send you a email saying they fixed a work order that was set 1 year ago even though they never came Ive had strange people Try 2022-02-04T02:49:00Z
WARNING AVOID AT ALL COSTnThe management here are very unprofessional and they do not care about your family only the pay checks comeing in They do not fix anything i had to go over their heads just to get simple things fixed they send you a email saying they fixed a work order that was set 1 year ago even though they never came Ive had strange people Try to walk in my home when i was home and the manager didnt care at all she just told me not to be letting ppl in my home as if i let them in the Manager Working now has Violated my rights On multiple Occasions She has refused my therapy animal even though I had the right paperwork and has refused my case manger who had my permission to Represent me 3 times The apartments are physically okay The school Eugene Fields is very wonderful In my opinion Very close to the Gathering Place and the trails I believe the state of Oklahoma and HUD housing should do a Proper investigation on people who run this apartment and how they run it more ... hide ...
