You do NOT want to live here The apartment manager was the RUDEST person I have ever met She was NEVER in the office anytime we needed anything or to pay it was literally like puling teeth She had us move our dogs out because she was best friends with our neighbors beside us Ours dogs were great dogs they made very little noise They were Huskies so they were very obedient and intelligent One had arthritis and cried for about 2 minutes because of it Their little yappy dog barked ALL day long and we honestly never said anything about it until ours had to leave and then at that point EVEN WITH MULTIPLE RECORDINGS the manager said we couldnt call on the neighbors dog because it was revenge After that we decided to move out And she kept our deposit for NO reason I had a voicemail from her saying You dont owe anything the apartment looked good after you left youre paid up Then 23 months later I get a call from a collection agency saying we owed hundreds in damages I immediately called her and asked what that call was about she said confidently they had to clean the apartment and thats why we were charged Once I had her listen to her own voicemail and told her I have already spoken to her supervisor her whole attitude changed She said she would call me back to let me know what she found out she was currently under an audit hmm no wonder Once she called back she said It was all a mistake and ACCIDENTALLY got put on our account when it was supposed to be another apartments She said she also was having to go to court because one of the old residents tried to murder her thats how bad and crazy she will make you I dont blame him more ... hide ...

this is in regards to the substandard conditions at Autumn woods apartments 704 s filmore wagoner oklahoma we have black mold in multiple units no water sewage backing up into units bed bugs roaches we have elderly getting sick from the conditions children also nothing is being done about it from management the black mold in particular is rampant in most uni 2022-01-04T21:10:15Z
