I was waiting for the receptionist to return a call with an answer to my question They wanted their 50 application fee and I assured them they wouldnt receive it from me unless there was a very good chance that Id be approvednnIm still waiting on an answer from them When I called the first time the lady who I spoke to acted as if shed forgotten our entire conversation This was super frustrating as I was on a truncated time schedule She provided the same assurance that she would ask her boss my question and return my call the next day After patiently waiting for the second time now over 2 weeks Ive decided this is not the property for mennSeems like they do not keep their word turn things around on others to avoid taking responsibility for their mistakes and that money is more important to them than treating future tenants correctly For current tenants I cannot say how they behave towards them more ... hide ...

The property manager is a NIGHTMARE to work with she is a Karen that will annoy you and pick at you especially if she doesnt like you She has banned certain tenants from coming into the office The plumbing is TERRIBLE your apartment will flood and it will take days for them to get to you the apartments have mold in them you cannot see as well as the underlyi 2022-06-06T17:31:01Z
The property manager is a NIGHTMARE to work with she is a Karen that will annoy you and pick at you especially if she doesnt like you She has banned certain tenants from coming into the office The plumbing is TERRIBLE your apartment will flood and it will take days for them to get to you the apartments have mold in them you cannot see as well as the underlying plumbing they are constantly having to get worked on Office is barely open if you catch them its a good day The laundry rooms only have 6 dryers and 6 washers and they close at a certain time Lots of animals roam the property possums skunks and lots and lots of stray cats that actually get fed by the property manager herself and a few other tenants If you have a pet you will pay for them to live with you every month There are better places and management teams to work and live at dont waste your time here Its not even worth it more ... hide ...

WARNING to anyone who is thinking about living here DO NOT DO IT ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE SEC 8 They treated me so bad and had the audacity to kick me out early for informing Sec 8 of the disgust they left me in even after repeated requests for maintenance So because I stood up for myself I guess that was my punishment However I feel like they did me a favor 2022-04-11T12:39:54Z
