Maria Ordonez manager is rude bullies tenants with developmental disabilities ingages in discrimination against tentants with developmental disabilities Your home is suppose to be your sanctuary There was a fire in an adjoining apt I ran to her apt to tell her her response I am not calling maintenance I went to her office to ask for reasonalbe acccomodations for my developmentally disabled son she looked at my son and said if you have all these issues then this isnt the best place for you She flicked another resident with DD in the face and threatened to make her get rid of her cat She has zero people skills and creates problem and lacks compassionpeople are afraid to complain in fear of retaliation Ie being homeless She tried to start evictions on a Veteran because the paper work for his airconditioner was delayed from the VA All this is 100 true firsthand knowledge I Swear

very nice apartmentbut some people that live upstairs with kids need to control them instead of letting them ride bikes in house run and jumping and being loud they need to tech them respect and remember there are other people living in downstairs apartments

The managers arent very vigilant fixing problems or getting in work orders and they are rarely available Children arent allowed to ride bikes scooters or anything of that nature on sidewalks Drug activitydangerous traffic to and from certain units Not some where you would want long term
