Horrible service just horrible I cant even explain how horrible I am so mad I applied in February for the waitlist they sent me a paper stating they lost my application Ive talked to some people who live there they said they experienced the same exact problem then they sent me another paper asking me to come to the office and sign something which I did After 2018-04-26T22:50:39Z
Horrible service just horrible I cant even explain how horrible I am so mad I applied in February for the waitlist they sent me a paper stating they lost my application Ive talked to some people who live there they said they experienced the same exact problem then they sent me another paper asking me to come to the office and sign something which I did After that I called to see what number I am on the waitlist they told me Im number 19 I called back 3 weeks later to double check they told me they cant even find me in the system I called back a week later they told me Im number 33 on the waitlist and then they told me to fill out a new application are you serious This feels like a scam to me these people arent doing their job this customer service sucks I was excited about these apartments but now Im not more ... hide ...

The management here Town Center Station is a joke They are hardly in the office and half the time dont even make it in the two days they are supposed to be working They ignore problems and residents are pretty much allowed to do whatever they want If you have an emergency they dont respond in a timely manner to get it resolvednnEven though these apartments 2017-08-25T08:14:43Z
The management here Town Center Station is a joke They are hardly in the office and half the time dont even make it in the two days they are supposed to be working They ignore problems and residents are pretty much allowed to do whatever they want If you have an emergency they dont respond in a timely manner to get it resolvednnEven though these apartments are supposed to be nonsmoking multiple residents are smoking in their units which stinks up the hallways This gets worse during the summer when people leave their front doors open for hours to get free AC from the hallway The hallway carpets never get shampooed and are dingy and filthy Both stairwells hardly get mopped anymore and people spill beer and spit on them regularly which is disgusting I have seen multiple mice and rats around the perimeter of the building I have also caught a man on multiple occasions sleeping in the entry way laundry room and common areas during the night and early morningnnMaintenance requests are halfass completed and residents destroy and trash their units When we moved in our apartment was a mess and multiple things were broken The recycling on our floor hasnt been taken out for two and a half weeks now and is overflowing Also management only gives one parking permit per unit now which is very frusterating if you have two vehicles as we do There is no where safe to park overnight around here They should really offer one additional permit for a small monthly fee more ... hide ...

Lived here for about nine months First When I first moved in within 23days I noticed antsI had ants in the living room on the carpet in the kitchen on the floor and walls ants in the second bedroom in the bathroom and in the hallway My unit was infested with ants i have photos still as well I was asked did I bring something in that could have caused them I n 2020-11-07T21:21:43Z
Lived here for about nine months First When I first moved in within 23days I noticed antsI had ants in the living room on the carpet in the kitchen on the floor and walls ants in the second bedroom in the bathroom and in the hallway My unit was infested with ants i have photos still as well I was asked did I bring something in that could have caused them I never had problems with pest in any place that I have lived I did not even put food in my house the first week we were eating out Other tenants said they had them as well I had pest control sent out 34 times Also upon move in my toliet had urine stains like it had been used Disgusting and my tub was stained I had to do a deep clean on it myself to get rid of it Second the elevator always reeks of animal urine or just stinks The hallways always smell bad the carpet could use a deep cleaning The trash and recycling over flows and theres homeless people sleeping in the parking lot I wouldnt stay here again nor would i reccomend it Rent is cheap so guess you get what you pay for huh more ... hide ...
