This wretched property deserves zero stars I was a resident here from 2017 2018 and it was like living in a correctional facility instead of a welcoming apartment community where you felt appreciated and valued as a tenant by the management Catherine the onsite property manager exhibits a dry personality and is Arrogant Rude and Disrespectful in every aspect in her dealings with you She has accused me of submitting false maintenance work orders to the office and called me a liar I was recently evicted for having my furniture less than 12 from the baseboard heaters and for having a box outside on my patio Yes you read that correctly I have never encountered an apt complex with so many rules and restrictions that restrict you so much in your daily living First and foremost its a non smoking property where you are not allowed to smoke anywhere on the property This property bans barbeque grills and does not allow them to be used anywhere on the property If you place anything outside on your patio that is not considered patio furniture she will cite you with a violation of the property and ask you to remove the item off your porch The apt buildings here have an ant infestation problem where you have ants crawling in the kitchen bathroom and everywhere else in the apt And when I submitted a work order to request to exterminate them she clips a note outside my door telling me that they do not offer extermination services and tells me the ants are a regional problem and do not pose a health risk Ive lived in the desert southwest where cockroaches are a regional problem but that doesnt mean I want them in my apartment They simply DO NOT carenTony the maintenance man gossips with the tenant in Apt 28 on a daily basis where he gives them the daily scoop on who and what type of people move into what apts on the property as well as discloses who from what apts are getting evicted This is very illegal and violates your confidentiality rights under the Fair Housing laws When I moved into the apt the linoleum floor had rips and cuts throughout the kitchen hallway dining room and bathroom and the living room carpeting was deplorable as well with it bunching up and separating from the floor When I complained to Catherine the manager during a housing inspection she said This is not bad We have a standard hereUnbelievable with such total disregard towards you and without a care in the world And speaking of a housing inspection the manager and maintenance man came into my apt while I was out of town and didnt even follow thru with leaving me a note informing me that they were inside my unit Violates my rights under the lease It was days later I received a violation letter that was clipped outside my door without an envelope detailing what needed to be corrected in my aptnIn the 30 years Ive been renting i have never endured so much abuse harassment and intimidation from a management company that will find fault with you in every way shape or form I have never seen a company who has so little regard towards you as a tenant and will brush you off at every chance they get Do yourself a favor and STAY FAR AWAY from this deplorable property that is managed by Viridian Management You will only be overwhelmed with abuse and harassment from being cited for violations over such petty things Im so glad to rid myself from these varmints
