The apartments look really nice but dont be fooled living there is like camping in a tent There is no insulation to speak of you freeze in the winter and fry in the summer There are small heaters in each room like the ones you would expect to see in the bathroom which do not do the job But when we used a space heater we tripped the breaker All appliances ar

The apartments look really nice but dont be fooled living there is like camping in a tent There is no insulation to speak of you freeze in the winter and fry in the summer There are small heaters in each room like the ones you would expect to see in the bathroom which do not do the job But when we used a space heater we tripped the breaker All appliances are electric but the apartment is not wired to handle the electricity needed to keep the inhabitants comfortable The neighborhood is great but I would look elsewhere especially at that pricepoint
