I live herenMaybe it depends where you come fromnIf youre downgrading to come to a place like this I cant relatenAs one who came from everyotheroptionwasworse than a senior residence this place exceeded every one of my low and apprehensive expectationsnFor me its a resortnMy apartment has wooden floors a stainless kitchen sink all the appliances are modernefficient I never had any of that all together before If it needs to be repaired it gets repaired It is quiet and comfortable The building is cementcinderblock and is the quietest apartment building I have ever lived in Neighbors are neighbors Even yelling right next door sounds like a vague muffled TV you have to pay attention to to hearnThe home forward management company has been nothing but helpful since I moved in There are constant programs offered of services for seniors and disabled to lower rent food energy andor utility expensesnConsidering all of this has to be done withwithin government regulations and I doubt very much that these are well paying jobs and again my low apprehensive expectations were exceeded by the well meaning people running the place Despite some management turmoil during the pandemic nothing fell apartnIm lucky to be here and as long as republicans dont get ahold of it Ill continue to be
