I lived here in 2012 to 2013 and really loved everything about it from the apartment to the staff the area and how i could walk everywhere This would be 5 starts but i had to take one off for them not notifying me i still owed 400 and the collection agency listed an apartment i never lived at for the balance it was only after disputing it was i notified it w 2020-01-30T19:15:56Z

NEVER TRUST A COMPANY THAT HAS A HUGE MANAGER TURNOVER RATEnnThe management company of this property their training process to all employees for management at this particular apartment complex is the worst I have ever seennI applied for low income housing with this apartment complex I was called to fill out the rest of the application and show proof of income I was not approved at that time and was told by the management that I would be placed on the Next Available one bedroom waiting list at the top since I was already on the 2 bedroom wait list for the handicap unit It has been sometime in the waiting process as I called to confirm and gather information in regards to my placement on the list the New managers informed me that it is unfortunate for me due to the following factsnThis waiting list is now closed and they are no longer excepting low income applications for the handicap or disabled They are now claiming that it is solely the Applicant responsibility to reapply at the time that they were not qualifiednNot only have I lost placement on a disabled handicapped one bedroom apartment but now their application process has been closed as well as there is absolutely nothing that can change what the Prior Managers failed to do or saynIts always nice to know that the disabled and handicapped low income waiting on availability for housing is shafted by this management company and their employeesnWhere is the justicenNEVER TRUST A COMPANY THAT HAS A HUGE MANAGER TURNOVER RATE more ... hide ...

I sent 23 emails trying to set up a viewing of one of their apartments listed as available and never got a response Its been 2 months I assume the apartments that are listed as available with applications open and being accepted are not actually available Very unprofessional I can only imagine how difficult it would be as a resident if you needed management 2023-03-15T21:43:39Z
