UPDATE Since I wrote this a few days ago my neighbours ceiling and collapsed in 2 places because the roof drains werent cleared before the predicted rain storm Flooding from 5th to first floor Now it should be condemned Massive citations by city inspectornnI have only lived there 4 months and I have had to request maintenance at least ten times for different

UPDATE Since I wrote this a few days ago my neighbours ceiling and collapsed in 2 places because the roof drains werent cleared before the predicted rain storm Flooding from 5th to first floor Now it should be condemned Massive citations by city inspectornnI have only lived there 4 months and I have had to request maintenance at least ten times for different problems The bathroom is absolutely not up to code but good luck getting a building inspector during COVIDnCockroaches needles in the hallway constant package theft are some other features A few days ago someone left their credit card in the laundry roomnIt was taken used and put back The owner has obviously never tried to live in one of these apartments as she can be quite dismissive as when I told her that my houseguests vehicle was siphoned of gas She said something like Well thats city life and did not make the information available to other tenants so that they would know to get locking gas caps
