I have lived here for at least 6 months Tammy our leasing lady is so amazing I was nearly homeless with my kids escaping a domestic violence situation last year and she helped me not give up the process and I got my denial overturned My children and I finally have a beautiful place to call home The grounds have the most beautiful generational roses and trees 2020-08-27T15:20:37Z
I have lived here for at least 6 months Tammy our leasing lady is so amazing I was nearly homeless with my kids escaping a domestic violence situation last year and she helped me not give up the process and I got my denial overturned My children and I finally have a beautiful place to call home The grounds have the most beautiful generational roses and trees that are kept it beautiful condition Any concerns or worries I have as a resident get handled immediately by staff Our maintenance guy Josh is hands down one of the best maintenance men Ive had in my many years of apartment living I have grown up in apartment complexes so I have known allot He is always thorough respectful clean timely and very efficient The community is so kind and thoughtful Most of the neighbors are very sweet and look out for each other I feel very blessed to be apart of this little community I know I have Tammy and Josh to thank I love OakHills Thank you more ... hide ...

Very affordable studio and one BR nonprofit independent senior apartments for seniors 62 Not Assisted Living HUD subsidized 75 units in an older recently refurbished 3 story apartment complex Recommend getting on the waiting list early as the wait is currently longer than 1 year
