Ive been paying 725 for rent for the last three and a half years Now all the sudden I owe my apartment 60 because they chose to tell us that were supposed to be actually paying 730 When going in to talk about the mistake on the paperwork I received I was greeted kindly by a lady who works in the front and as I started telling her my problems a lady from the 2017-02-28T19:32:15Z
Ive been paying 725 for rent for the last three and a half years Now all the sudden I owe my apartment 60 because they chose to tell us that were supposed to be actually paying 730 When going in to talk about the mistake on the paperwork I received I was greeted kindly by a lady who works in the front and as I started telling her my problems a lady from the back starts hollering that I was wrong Didnt come out until after I said no thats not correct Then when I started to explain to her the situation she continued to cut off my sentences and be rude When I started to get flustered and frustrated she told me that I was being rude and that I needed to leave Was refusing to give me back my paperwork that they just put on my door In the last three and a half years I have not once had a complaint by anyone Now all the sudden theres marks all over our record saying different This isnt right and this isnt fair Im so done living here These people are awful and money hungry and dont care about anybody but themselves and their paycheck more ... hide ...

Best income restricted apartment ever I have lived here for a couple years while I get my masters and my sons attend college Parking is great Maintenance is awsome The manager is amazing I feel lucky to have found the place My apartment is really cute The apartments were completely updated from the ground up about 10 years ago so it is nicer than most apar 2020-01-21T21:21:49Z

I have been unfortunate enough to be stuck living here the last 6 years and I cant wait until we can afford to leave Hope you enjoy parking your car all the way down the street constantly because they let cars that arent being used camp out in the free spots for 5 days To get one private spot we had to wait for well over a year They also let big commercial v 2021-05-18T04:10:54Z
I have been unfortunate enough to be stuck living here the last 6 years and I cant wait until we can afford to leave Hope you enjoy parking your car all the way down the street constantly because they let cars that arent being used camp out in the free spots for 5 days To get one private spot we had to wait for well over a year They also let big commercial vehicles that people use for work take up free parking spots They have a huge problem with unattended children treating the parking lot like a playground and dont bother to tell the parents to watch their kids There are constantly childrens toys dumped everywhere in the complex and unattended 3 year olds walking around When I called them to tell them there were kids running in front of moving cars they told me there was nothing they could do about it unless I tracked down what apartment they were coming from Maintenance requests also take forever Avoid this place if you have other options it has gone downhill over the years and no one seems to care more ... hide ...

Office staff is always very nice They are on the ball to help with all aspects of being a tenant Maintenance is great as well Very quick to come and fix anything Everyone here is Great A few tenents are nosy and a pain in the hiney but 95 are very nice All good
