Highly poor to live here I am living here now and trying desperitly to move cause of the landlord Landlord lies dont care if people pound under the bed and the babys bed took basically my whole entire stay to get a support animal and is still being mess with the landlord here is rude and ignored no respect from her She is nice when walk in and all that but w 2017-05-23T05:34:13Z
Highly poor to live here I am living here now and trying desperitly to move cause of the landlord Landlord lies dont care if people pound under the bed and the babys bed took basically my whole entire stay to get a support animal and is still being mess with the landlord here is rude and ignored no respect from her She is nice when walk in and all that but when u first move in all hell starts She blamed me and my wife for breaking the sink and some other stuff and burning the rug she told use that she took pics but didnt she said that she knew about the rug burns and told use not to worry about it and then we got the blame for it The sink was blame on us as soon as we moved in nothing was unpacked yet and couldnt find anything and we got accused for breaking the sink She says she goes through hud but she really doesnt she is a low income towne apartments more ... hide ...

Do not rent from these people i am a current resident and managment is the worse there is very unethical business tactics and unwillingness to work with residents In example I am buying a home I let them know they say if I use there realitor i dont have to pay termination break fee be cause realitor gives them a kick back of commission thats extremely unethical I use realitor not good and acted unprofessional when I terminated her services so i decide to use my own realitor and pay the termination fee I go put in my 60 day notice they require and want termination fee up front our will not take my notice i try to explain that my break fee check is coming when i close on house Nope the manager Shannon says it has to be upfront our can not take my notice causeing me to keep apartment longer I understand i have a lease and willing to pay my termination so they still getting there money just very greedy rip off unwillingness to work with residents and unethical company STAY AWAY more ... hide ...

Well since I have to rate it and the only rate I could give is a one star is absolutely horrible I understand it is subsidized housing affordable living but when there is a mouse problem and a stinkbug problem and nothing is corrected about it That is disgusting Especially when people have children Thank God my best friend found a place cause after three yea 2018-05-03T07:32:35Z
Well since I have to rate it and the only rate I could give is a one star is absolutely horrible I understand it is subsidized housing affordable living but when there is a mouse problem and a stinkbug problem and nothing is corrected about it That is disgusting Especially when people have children Thank God my best friend found a place cause after three years of this and constantly making complaints and being told there is nothing they can do was enough You can not expect someone to live comfortably and feel at home when it is filthy and no matter how clean my friend kept her place there was always massive amounts of stink bugs and massive amounts of mice in her apartment I believe this place would be a lot nicer if they were maintained better and people werent left to be living in filth more ... hide ...
