These apartments are fairly well kept The drug problem seems to be getting better No playground for children like there used to be It is low income housing Your rent is based off of a percentage of your wages Maintenance has been quick to act from what I have witnessed Its not a bad starter place if youre trying to get on your feet

Sadly now it feels like HUD and HOA now Weve been here for two years Loved it but with the rent increase and everything after trying to finally getting back on our feet after covid shutdowns It has come to the point already that well need to move soon youll be better off purchasing a home Too bad we just feel like to us they dont appreciate their tenants

Sadly now it feels like HUD and HOA now Weve been here for two years Loved it but with the rent increase and everything after trying to finally getting back on our feet after covid shutdowns It has come to the point already that well need to move soon youll be better off purchasing a home Too bad we just feel like to us they dont appreciate their tenants who pay on time and never have issues withnnWe wanted freedom from an apartment Now we feel like moving here was pointless This isnt a good time to raise rent when everyone is still trying to keep their heads above water from the pandemic We like the office staff If you dont mind rent going up yearly then this is the place for younnBtw very quiet where we live no one bothers you We are excited to do our part on upkeeps of the property but they dont haft to without some excuse why they cant We pay over 1000 a month here and keep our place clean and never have been late on rent and I feel like we cant do anything Whats next we cant sit on our porches soon We cant have a fire out a little pool or visitors who need to park on the side of the road or will be towed How the heck can someone have visitors for the holiday where do they expect people to park But a house not even a part of the community can have parties and their company park in the community and nothing gets done This place is nothing but for money Sad I feel they dont want long term tenants Renters beware It seems good when you first move in youll start to see that you dont matter quickly
