There is an on going bed bug problem here still after my first review Infact it is much worse There is an entire floor polluted with them People move in Here and bring their bugs with them we now have roaches The screening process needs much improvement And proper treatment for bugs i guess low bid wins You get what you pay for I wish I could give minuses 2022-09-14T00:34:24Z

Price was fine felt lied to about security deposit no problem I guess forfeiting that to get out of there was cool Charged a 100 something cleaning fee upon moving out even though we were thanked and told they had never seen a unit left that clean and again whatever just paid it Started getting collections notices for that fee I paid immediately called the o 2022-07-18T01:09:00Z

Places are nice kept in great shape everyone keeps to themselves and cameras are all over the buildings to keep everyone safe Staff is friendly and landlord is willing to work with tenants when rent is unable to be fully paid the first of the month with reasonable accommodations Drug use used to be bad until the current landlord took over and she has turned 2021-03-21T04:32:29Z
