Whatever you do DONT rent here at 60 s main st housing The elevators are constantly broken down and no one can seem to fix the issue Day after day the elevators are not working and are on constant shutdown or stuck somewhere on floors or between floors The other thing is the place has no ramps for those in wheelchairs or using walkers If a major fire ever breaks out and they cant use the elevators many of these people will die also if anyone is severely sick or injured and the elevators arent working paramedic would have no way to get to those people on the upper floors 2nd to the 7th floor Paramedic would have to climb all those floors carrying their equipment up and back down and forget about a gurney if they have to use one to get someone out of the buildingnYou have been warned Pay more rent somewhere else rather than enduring the headaches you will endure here on a daily basis

My son and I moved in just around the end of Nov 2014 Our current apartment was falling apart and Summit Gardens got me into a clean functioning apartment I could afford I was pregnant and ultimately my husband moved in within the next year We lived in 2 buildings throughout our stay and both were kept clean and always had repairs done in a timely manner I never had any issues w bed bugs however we did take personal measures to protect our apartment Summit Gardens and the housing program they offer allowed my husband to go back to school earn his degree and find an excellent job and life long career that will always be a means to provide for our family It allowed me to return to school as well I think the scale they use to determine rent when you have any kind of income is alittle unfair however this isnt intended to be for working families and I understand that once you get on your feet its designed to encourage you to move on and find your own home and allow the space for someone in need we have since bought our own home and moved out however I have only the best things to say about Louise the rest of the staff and the facility as a whole As a young person esp w a family if you keep to yourself keep your apartment clean dont lie about who is living with you and income you will find a safe place to stay that is affordable while you figure out your future
