The manager Mr James Harrison can only be categorized as a tyrant He and Linda the assistant manager only work onsite about 7 hours a week and as HUD housing the monthly amount paid in this building is about ninety thousand dollars or close to 1 million a year Im moving as soon as possible

I lived here for a few months I was iffy on moving here based on what Ive heard from the past But theres new management and they made HUGE IMPROVEMENTS they fixed all the washers and dryers redid all the floors hallway walls and floors Its much cleaner Although theres still some roaches but they do have exterminators come out every month I feel very saf

My mother lived here until June of this year when she passed away The manager is rude The maintenance man is a joke I had many run ins with them while my mother was living there Now I am I am trying to get back the depositthey said I took the mini blinds They were there when I left the keys with the manager And charged us 135 to clean carpets and 175 f

My mother lived here until June of this year when she passed away The manager is rude The maintenance man is a joke I had many run ins with them while my mother was living there Now I am I am trying to get back the depositthey said I took the mini blinds They were there when I left the keys with the manager And charged us 135 to clean carpets and 175 for labor had I known I had to scrub the rugs I would have taken my own machine down and 222 for new blinds I got a wopping 92 out of 585 deposit What a ripoff this place is I was going to have my dad apply to live there but NO WAY NOW
