I have lived here for going on 9 yearsnnMost of the ladies in the office are very respectful knowledgeable in their position They are also resourceful if they dont have the answer they will find out and respond in a timely fashion Thanks AmynnAs far as the office hours they can be a pain The managers typically respond as quickly as possible I assume However I find that emails definitely get a better response If you need to ask a simple question about the property or availability your best bet is to email them The phone is usually always ringing with only 1 person to handle calls trainings paperwork tenants It can be pretty hecticnnThe maintenance man has been here about as long as I have he is pretty awesome He covers everything by himself with ease Ive never had any complaints Im sure hed appreciate some help from time to time as theres always a lot of repairs daily along with his dailyweekly chores ground keeping reports paperwork inventory yet he never complains and always smiles Keep up the good work PaulnnIve never experienced any major issues with any employees Overall its a decent homennAnd lastly the neighborhood well stay to yourself no one will bother you Cant win them all more ... hide ...

Great place to live Very clean good management friendly people and dog friendly They take great care of the ground and always look nice Lots of activities and things to do

Very poor Management If youre Handicap have fun trying to get a spot To many selfcentered people believe they can park in their Feel bad for the Handicap Way too much Gossip about peoples lives Not good for the Handicap or people with Mental Health Issues
