My 19 year old son and his friend gave MIKE DEVINE a 975 cash deposit to move in They found a much nicer place the next day and decided not to move in to Apartments by the park They didnt sign a lease and offered him 50 for his time but needed their money back which was a security deposit and MIKE DEVINE told these young men hes keeping their deposit So basi
