it is so sad how much this place over charges the elderly in this building 25 to have their window washed even if they didnt want it they HAVE to pay it and HAVE to have it done Lets see not only do they have to have someone come change a lightbulb but they also charge them for the lightbulb 250 for the screwy lightbulb and I think 125 for the normal oneoh a 2021-06-18T23:39:40Z
