So many issues we put in work order after work order and nothing gets done our pipes busted and there ideal of fixing the water damage was just to patch it up and before they patched it up we had a hole in our ceiling for a week the water also went though the light fixture and still has not been looked at also we had black mold in our upstairs bathroom under 2020-04-10T19:26:10Z

I have been living at this place and they lie and never tell the truth about paperwork and how the apartments are And build Ive lived in tour of the apartment is one of them I have a major mold from the inside of girls in the basement I had written right raining in my feelings inside my house I had flooding up to my window from regular weather and I over paid her rent my sons my children go always constantly sick in the hospital because of the black mold I had to call the close department on them the via Environmentalists on them I also include the news I had to be emergency moved to another apartment they still had the same type of mold in the utility closet I have dealt with now I have a toilet too tall is out of commission for over a month to two months I also hate to see leaky floor collapsing and theres a place this is not a good place to live and Im looking forward to moving come Now my daughter is getting the run around this a horrible place to live more ... hide ...

i live on 2nd floor Unfortunately I currently live here This building and management have been very unprofessional Beyond the super hector harassing me consistently I have wrote and asked management to fix the leak in my ceiling for about 2 months now Till this day the leak hasnt been fixed My sheets have been ruined My wall has water stains When I moved in the stove was an old stove with bugs in it and old food and I believe dryed up blood it seemed like Mind you this was during covid so to give me a used stove was disgusting After a debate they replaced it with a new one I have roach eggs all under n around my cabinets as clean as I keep my apartment because theirs a rodent problem in the building which by the way they lied about when I moved in I have mice They as in hector the super maintenance guy questions my guest when he sees them and has harassed me so many times I cant count I have never lived some where and received such horrible conditions and service They took so long to even fix a light in my apartment The list goes on Avoid this building the cheap price isnt worth it The real problem here is the super and the management Beyond the living conditions I have tryed contacting upper management about these issues nothing is done Please avoid this building the McFarlandits a reason its 3 stars idk how they got that more ... hide ...

The previous review by Ms Greene needed to be addressed There was never an outside contractor hired to pick up trash at the property How would she know She does not reside at or work for Washington Square There are 2 dumpster locations that are in close proximity to Mulberry Station which is probably where she lives these dumpsters are utilized by not only 2021-04-07T18:14:21Z
The previous review by Ms Greene needed to be addressed There was never an outside contractor hired to pick up trash at the property How would she know She does not reside at or work for Washington Square There are 2 dumpster locations that are in close proximity to Mulberry Station which is probably where she lives these dumpsters are utilized by not only Washington Square residents but by those at the other complex as well even though they have their own dumpsters So the trash that was blowing around the property was not but rather in front of the dumpster and inside the dumpster area theres a difference This property is visible from Second St is always maintained nicely and I invite anyone to drive through to check it out for themselves more ... hide ...
