My experience with Mercedes was disgraceful I went through the whole application process in December for my mother as I am her living aid and asked her was there anything else I needed to do because I am not from here and didnt know how it works with their complex She tells me no and proceeds to show us an apartment My mother has to move out her current place by the end of February and at the time wouldve given us enough time to find another place to stay or even become a registered living aid Here we are in February with no place to go Mercedes was very nonchalant and unapologetic as she told me we could not move in due to me not being registered Why wait so long to tell me that information especially when you knew in the beginning and have current tenants that youve worked with doing the same thing She had no sympathy and unwilling to work with us or even offer help more ... hide ...
