I would love to state the same to this agency however it seems that the welcoming help only is catered to certain kind of people or background When I moved here they made me feel pressured into finding a place as if I had to make it or break it no one helped me find a place as other mentioned above I was on my own not familiar of the city nor neighborhoods

I would love to state the same to this agency however it seems that the welcoming help only is catered to certain kind of people or background When I moved here they made me feel pressured into finding a place as if I had to make it or break it no one helped me find a place as other mentioned above I was on my own not familiar of the city nor neighborhoods I guess they treat people differently in accordance to out of state Its sad to know that when someone is looking for help in order to grow and break free from the system they tend to keep you dependent although I work in two jobs and pay the most part of my rent it seems that their help is just a string line I really wish these federal agencies help instead of not helping not all of us want to live depending on these kind of aid this agency should have homeowner programs in order for tenants to buy and back to school fund for those who want to have a career Thats helping and ending poverty statistics Overall yes people were polite in the office but that dont mean nothing if your being hinder and not being given equal opportunity as it states in their legal documents If they help someone look for an apartment why didnt they do it for me and my 2 boys when I had no clue of this city Also they should advocate landlords into accepting program everyone here thinks section 8 is a bad program making it impossible to rent for us We are hard working and we must be clean people and on time with our payments as well as they are they need to do more for us and stop the stigma of looking at us as trash I dont know how PA works but out in other states people gladly accept section 8 voucher one they pay on time and are strict with their rules And they will cut you off if you destroy property In which people who know they need this program never do anything dumb to lose their only help to pay rent in order to pay all other billsDo more for us in the community

The parking lot of Dan Flood Should Not be shared with the businesses in front of the building it makes it harder for the residents of Dan Flood family members to find parking Just 2 days ago I tooknmy neighbor s son to visit his Grandmother there and I didnt find parking Had to park elsewhere and walk him to the building instead of dropping him off
