Ever since first contacting Charleston Townhomes the experience has been great Audrey was the staff member that we communicated with and she has been prompt friendly and genuine every single time weve talked to her Even through emails you can tell that she is friendly and not speaking down to you She also makes the entire process easy to understand and there are no hidden things to worry aboutnnSince moving in 2 months ago this has already been the best renting experience Every neighbor is friendly and the unit we are located in does not have anyone disruptive or noisy nearby The buildings are very well made to the point that both our neighbors have dogs and we never hear them making a single soundnnMaintenance has always responded to requests within a day or two and do their job well Theyre also all extremely friendly No matter who weve talked to that works with Charleston Townhomes theyve all been incredibly nice to us and show that they take their job seriouslynnBoth maintenance requests and rent can be done through a resident app which is very easy to use and one of the most streamlined ways of doing things Ive ever seen from a rental property I really love how easy it is to manage everything and it all updates in real time so you feel very in control of where youre livingnnI can see myself living here for more than a year because of how great the staff and community are and the price of rent for how much space you get is well worth it more ... hide ...
