Just returned from another walk around my apartment complex and find myself talking to residents that I dont know but see they are kind and smiling Having owned several dealerships in Long Island I want to know just what it is that makes them happy living here Kamson Corp owners of Dorilyn Apartments has been amazing at making constant improvements to everything from new sidewalks to a beautiful swimming pool and Chris and Charlie the maintenance men are outstandingnThere was not one person who didnt mention Catherine the property manager It brought back a memory of when I moved here I never lived in a apartment and had many negative thoughts Catherine was amazing She brought me to a level where my worries were gone and my excitement level was highnI am going to boost about Catherine and heres why The people living here including myself know her to be compassionate intelligent and always there to correct any situation that may occur She holds this 158 unit complex together and I have seen her de escalate a situation that the woman walked away pleased how much Catherine cared about her and her concern Catherine was hired here to do a job She does more than her jobnI can only hope that Kamson Corp see the gem they have She is a tremendous asset and excels far beyond the decription of a property manager One day a long time ago she said to me that this is where people live their homes That really touched menI do not know Catherine well and am not being impartial As I said I owned my own companies and see qualities in people others may notnKudos to Kampson Corp Catherine Chris and Charlie for making Dorilyn Apartment a great place to live I am in my 4th year herenMichael Outcalt
