DO NOT MOVE HERE The property manager Wendy refused to help whenever something went wrong There building is not clean and there is barely any maintenance availablenDay 2 of move in freezer fan broke down and was not replaced until 3 days later The problem was not fixed so the fridge was replaced almost a month laternMarch The water in the bathroom sink was not draining water adequately Maintenance came two times to fix it but it was never fixednBuilding door did not lock all yearn When the electric bill came too high I asked to check the thermostat because it was set on 45 but the temperature felt like 90 No efforts were made to check the thermostat until I constantly complainednDuring the winter Snow is never removed from the parking lot It will be left to turn into slush or ice making it a hazard to slip My car was also stuck in the snow while the road was clearnFinally I did not receive my security deposit back when there was absolutely NOTHING wrong with my placennPlease view the photos that i have attached more ... hide ...

I applied back in November 2019 and was 12th on the waiting list I just called 2022 and was told Im 22nd on the waiting list Her explanation was I dont know its what our computer system says That was her response to anything I asked There wasnt even 22 people on the waiting list when I appliednnIn response to the owners response I was 5th on the list a coup 2022-06-15T18:31:07Z
