Ive lived here almost two years It is great Oil City is the second cheapest town in Pa to live The rent is based on income and is reasonable All utilities are included all you have to pay is tv and phone Family Dollar is only a block away Other storesbanksresturantschurches library etc are a sh ort distance away but still walkable There is CATA and pub 2020-04-22T18:50:26Z

Well category listing is wrong this is a secure building for handicapelderly to reside Only downside is people tend to let others in that do not reside
